Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Fullstack Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact enterprise applications in Delhi NCR.

In this role, you will act as the technical anchor for cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable software architecture.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and key stakeholders to translate strategic visions into robust, user-centric solutions.

By driving technical excellence and mentoring junior developers, you will directly influence the performance and reliability of our digital platforms, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web solutions using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for our enterprise clients.

- Lead the frontend development lifecycle using Angular 14+, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

- Design and optimize complex SQL database schemas to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval for high-traffic applications.

- Mentor a team of developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in clean coding and system design to elevate overall team output.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features that drive measurable business growth.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot, coupled with a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks including Angular 14+ and TypeScript.

- Proven ability to manage complex SQL database environments and integrate them seamlessly with frontend interfaces using HTML and CSS.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team discussions effectively.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the capacity to navigate ambiguous requirements and deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in fullstack development, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from a premier institute
