IPA Developer - RPA/BPM/UiPath

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and lead implementation of intelligent automation solutions across RPA, BPM, AI/ML, and other workflow platforms.

- Conduct fit-gap analyses and provide strategic recommendations on platform/tool selection aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Develop and present business cases, including ROI modeling, TCO evaluation, and automation roadmap planning.

- Integrate advanced AI capabilities into automation workflows, including ML models, LLMs, NLP, document understanding, and conversational AI.

- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams, adhering to architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, etc.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of agentic automation solutions and next-generation IPA strategies.

- Engage with C-level and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable automation solutions.

- Ensure successful delivery of automation projects in healthcare provider environments such as revenue cycle management, claims processing, prior authorization, clinical operations, and patient engagement (preferred).

- Maintain best practices in automation design, governance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Expertise in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and workflow/BPM solutions.

- Solid experience in enterprise integrations, APIs, and orchestration.

- Experience with AI-powered automation, including LLMs, NLP, ML models, and intelligent document processing.

- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and automation in healthcare workflows (preferred).

- Architecture certifications in one or more automation platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Architect, Automation Anywhere Master Architect, or Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in healthcare IT or payer-provider ecosystems.

- Experience designing or contributing to agentic automation systems.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
