We are looking for an experienced IoT Delivery Head with strong expertise in Industrial IoT, Automation Systems, Maritime Digitalization, and large-scale engineering program management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation combined with proven leadership experience in managing complex, multi-stream global projects involving connected assets, industrial machinery, telemetry systems, and automation platforms.


The candidate should possess at least 15 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 5 years in program management of large-scale IoT, Industrial Automation, Maritime Technology, or Digital Transformation projects. Prior experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, shipping, or other asset-heavy industries will be a strong advantage.


This role requires a techno-functional leader capable of driving end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, solution deployment, integration, commissioning, and operational excellence across global customer environments.


Key Responsibilities & Expertise :


- Lead large-scale IoT and industrial digitalization programs across maritime and industrial environments


- Manage cross-functional engineering, software, automation, commissioning, and customer teams


- Drive deployment of telemetry, gateway, edge computing, and industrial monitoring solutions


- Work closely with customers, OEMs, automation vendors, and global operations teams


- Ensure timely execution, delivery governance, risk management, and customer satisfaction


- Handle technical solutioning involving machinery data acquisition, industrial connectivity, and remote monitoring systems


Technical Skills & Domain Expertise :


- Strong understanding of IoT ecosystem components including sensors, devices, gateways, cloud platforms, and telemetry systems


- Hands-on experience with gateway technologies, industrial communication systems, and data acquisition from machinery, automation systems, and control systems


- Good understanding of industrial and maritime communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, MQTT, RTU, TCP/IP, Proprietary protocols, NMEA, etc.


- Experience working on projects involving Large Engines, Motors, Pumps, Boilers, Propulsion Systems, Flow Meters, Shaft Power Meters, and other industrial/marine assets


- Knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLCs, SCADA environments, and vessel monitoring systems is preferred


- Strong project and program management capabilities across distributed global teams


- Experience with project management tools such as Zoho Projects or equivalent platforms


- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to operational and technical details

- OEMs for Marine Equipment, Engines, Automation Systems, or Industrial Control Systems


The ideal candidate would have prior experience in Maintenance, Installation, Commissioning, Service Engineering, Automation Integration, or Digital Transformation programs within large marine OEMs, industrial automation companies, or system integrators.


Educational Qualification :


- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering disciplines. Additional certifications in Project Management or Industrial Automation would be an advantage.
