Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer at Iosys Software, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying advanced AI models and applications. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate complex business problems into tangible AI solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance and scalability of our AI-driven products, enhancing user experiences and driving significant business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and deep learning algorithms to address specific business challenges within the financial services and healthcare domains.

- Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our AI-powered applications.

- Implement and fine-tune Generative AI models, including LLMs, to create innovative solutions for content generation, data augmentation, and personalized experiences.

- Integrate LangChain and LangGraph frameworks to develop sophisticated Agentic AI systems that can automate complex tasks and workflows.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop implementation plans, and deliver high-quality AI solutions on time and within budget.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and technology, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new techniques and tools to improve our AI capabilities.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI development, deployment, and governance within the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Proven experience in working with Generative AI models and frameworks, including LLMs, and a strong understanding of their applications in various domains.

- Expertise in utilizing LangChain and LangGraph to build and deploy Agentic AI systems for automating complex tasks and workflows.

- Solid understanding of data science principles and techniques, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
