Role Overview

The iOS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a high-performance, secure, and scalable iOS SDK that enables voice-driven workflows for mobile applications. The role requires close collaboration with product, backend, AI/ML, and web teams to ensure seamless SDK integration and optimal user experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1 SDK Development & Maintenance

- Design, develop, and maintain iOS SDKs using Swift / Objective-C

- Ensure SDK compatibility across iOS versions and Apple devices

- Create modular, reusable, and well-documented SDK components

- Maintain backward compatibility and versioning

2:-Voice & Audio Integration

- Integrate speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines

- Handle real-time audio capture, processing, and streaming

- Optimize audio latency, quality, and performance

- Implement noise handling, interruptions, and background modes

3:-Workflow Enablement

- Implement SDK features to enable voice-driven workflows

- Manage session states, user intents, and voice commands

- Ensure smooth interaction between voice inputs and UI flows

- Support both mobile and web workflows via SDK.

4:-API & Backend Integration

- Integrate REST / WebSocket / gRPC APIs

- Handle authentication, authorization, and token management

- Ensure secure data exchange with backend services

- Support real-time responses and event handling

5:-Performance & Reliability

- Optimize SDK performance (CPU, memory, battery usage)

- Handle edge cases such as network loss, interruptions, and crashes

- Implement logging, error handling, and diagnostics

- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance

6:-Testing & Quality Assurance

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests

- Support SDK validation in different host applications

- Participate in regression testing and release certification

- Resolve bugs and performance issues promptly

7:-Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

- Backend engineers

- AI/ML voice teams

- Web SDK developers

- Product managers

- QA and DevOps teams

- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions

8: Documentation & Developer Support

- Create SDK documentation, API references, and sample integrations

- Support internal and external developers during SDK adoption

- Provide troubleshooting guidance and best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in Swift / Objective-C

- Experience with iOS audio frameworks (AV Foundation, Speech)

- SDK development experience

- REST / WebSocket API integration

- Secure coding and data privacy knowledge

- Performance optimization and debugging

- Git, CI/CD tools

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
