In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Customization & Development :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.

- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).

- Develop custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes in Salesforce.

Sales Cloud Expertise :

- Implement Sales Cloud features such as Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Path, Forecasting, and Reports/Dashboards.

- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for sales teams.

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Service Cloud Expertise :

- Design and implement solutions to streamline customer service workflows, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Console, and Omnichannel support.

- Develop and optimize Service Cloud features such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Escalation Rules, and Customer Communities.

- Configure and customize the Service Cloud to improve efficiency for customer service teams, including automation through Process Builder, Flows, and Apex.

Technical Skills :

- Salesforce Development : Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Process Builder.

- Sales Cloud : Expertise in the configuration and customization of Sales Cloud features, including Lead/Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and CPQ.

- Service Cloud : Deep knowledge of Service Cloud modules, including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.

- Integration : Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Salesforce Lightning : Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and modern UI development techniques.
