Technical Lead - Backend (Java / Spring Boot)

About the Role :

Ionixx is building a next-generation product for the NBFC market. We're looking for an energetic Technical Team Lead who takes ownership of technical design and day-to-day execution and delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Own technical design and architecture of product features.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

- Lead and mentor a 5-member backend and frontend team.

- Take end-to-end responsibility for execution and delivery.

- Support presales through technical demos for prospective clients.

Requirements :

- 8 to 10 year's hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.

- Proven experience in technical design and leading BE/FE teams.

- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery.

- Good communication skills for client-facing demos.

- Fintech / NBFC / lending domain exposure is a plus.
