About the Role :

We are looking for a senior Web3 developer to design and build scalable, secure backend systems that power blockchain-based financial products. The ideal candidate combines deep backend engineering expertise with hands-on Web3 development experience and has worked on institutional-grade digital asset platforms where reliability, compliance, and performance are critical.

Key Responsibilities :

- Bring 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to blockchain / Web3 technologies, contributing to the design and delivery of production-grade decentralized or hybrid systems.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot), ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability across distributed systems.

- Apply strong proficiency in TypeScript to build robust, type-safe applications and integrations across the Web3 stack.

- Work hands-on with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, web3.js, or equivalent tooling to interact with EVM-based chains, including smart contract calls, transaction management, and event listening.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of tokenization standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-3643), and apply this knowledge to build or integrate token issuance, transfer, and compliance mechanisms.

- Contribute to digital asset trading systems, including order matching engines, real-time market data feeds, and integration with exchange APIs for trade execution and settlement.

- Bring prior experience working with institutional-grade digital asset platforms - such as exchanges, custodians, or tokenization providers - with an understanding of the security, compliance, and operational rigor these environments demand.
