About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinklr Expert to join our Maintenance and Sustain Team, responsible for ensuring the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Sprinklr platform.

This role focuses on maintaining existing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting business teams to maximize platform efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Maintenance & Support :

- Monitor Sprinklr platform health and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes as needed.

Configuration & Optimization :

- Maintain and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reporting within Sprinklr.

- Ensure integrations with other systems (CRM, social channels, analytics tools) remain functional and up-to-date.

User Support & Training :

- Act as the primary point of contact for Sprinklr-related queries.

- Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.

Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

- Maintain audit logs and documentation for all changes.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities to enhance automation and efficiency.

- Collaborate with business teams to implement new features or modules.

Qualifications :

Experience : 1+ years working with Sprinklr platform (configuration, maintenance, and support).

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Sprinklr modules (Social Listening, Publishing, Care, Reporting).

- Knowledge of API integrations and data flows.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred :

- Sprinklr Certification(s).

- Experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
