Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, database design, asynchronous messaging systems, and FinTech domain applications.

Mandatory Domain Requirement : Candidates must have experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Supply Chain Finance, Lending Platforms, TReDS, Invoice Financing, or related FinTech products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Develop high-performance, secure, and fault-tolerant applications.

- Integrate applications with messaging and event-driven platforms.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.

- Follow coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence initiatives.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

1. Core Java :

- Java (Version 8 / 11 / 17 / 21)

- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, Exception Handling, Collections Framework, Multithreading & Concurrency.

2. Frameworks :

- Spring Boot

- Spring MVC

- Microservices Architecture

3. Database :

- MySQL / SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL

- Strong knowledge of Joins, Query Optimization, Indexing, Stored Procedures (preferred).
