About the Role:

Invoicemart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automation Tester to drive automation excellence across our web, mobile, API, performance, and security testing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for professionals passionate about building scalable automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks and test strategies.

- Drive end-to-end test automation across Web, Mobile, and API platforms.

- Collaborate with Product, Development, Business, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

- Mentor QA team members and establish automation best practices.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

- Track quality metrics and continuously improve testing processes.

Tech Stack:

- Web Automation: Playwright (Mandatory), Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD)

- API Automation: Karate, RestAssured, Postman

- Mobile Automation: Appium, Xcode/iOS Automation

- Security Testing: Burp Suite

- Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner

Required Qualifications:

- 6 - 12 years of experience in Automation Testing and Quality Engineering.

- Experience leading automation initiatives and mentoring QA engineers.

- Strong understanding of STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Test Automation Frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.

- Strong SQL and API testing knowledge.

- FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Lending, or Financial Services domain experience will be preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Saturday Working Policy: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays: Work from Home
