About Invoicemart :

Invoicemart (a subsidiary of Axis Bank) is a national-level online platform that facilitates financing of receivables for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is involved in opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting, and settlement of invoices and bills of exchange by way of factoring and reverse factoring, along with other services permitted by the RBI from time to time. Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform designed to enable smooth and efficient short-term financial transactions among financiers, buyers, and sellers.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst who will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. The role includes developing interactive dashboards and reports in collaboration with the IT team, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of data sources and reporting platforms.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across all reports and dashboards.

- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for business initiatives.

- Document processes and maintain reporting standards for scalability and compliance.

- Manage multiple priorities independently and deliver within tight timelines.

Requirements :

- Education : B.E/B.Tech, MBA in Computer Science or related field.

- Experience : Minimum 4 years as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance or Banking.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Power BI.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

- Experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting automation.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data accuracy and integrity.

- Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit risk metrics, and regulatory reporting.

- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
