Job Title : Technical Delivery Manager.

Location : Chennai.

About The Role :

As a Technical Delivery Manager at INVIDI you will be responsible for multiple development teams building and maintaining our video ad serving products Pulse, Edge, Conexus and Fuse.

You will be tasked with maintaining and raising engineering and operational standards, planning and delivering product features on time as well as nurturing top talent as part of a high-performance organization.

You will be responsible for leading teams through rapidly evolving complex demands.

As such, a successful technical leader needs to be innovative, team-oriented, self-directed and adaptable to new development environments and changing business requirements.

Key Responsibility :

- Build and operate high-performance software development teams via hiring, inspiring, mentoring, and growing world-class software engineers.

- Lead the high-quality execution of software products against project plans and delivery commitments.

- Oversee the design, development, deployment and documentation of software.

- Provide hands-on leadership of software development engineers within an Agile/Scrum environment in close collaboration with technical leads.

- Work closely with architects and product managers to find the best technical designs that meet our business requirements for reliability and scalability.

- Balance technology needs with business and customers needs and demands.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or similar.

- 10+ years in the computing industry.

- Strong experience with object-oriented languages including but not limited to Kotlin, Java, Python.

- Strong experience working in a Cloud environment, AWS is preferred.

- Strong experience in SaaS, and Microservices architecture and design.

- Must have experience with full product and development lifecycle.

- Experience with agile methodologies.

- Experience with the development and deployment of new product features to facilitate rapid iteration and constant growth.

- Ability to act as a strategist and champion for enterprise architecture and solid design principles.

- Adherence to continuous improvement practices when required to meet quality and deadlines.

- Ability to effectively report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to Development Management.

- Talent for reviewing new and existing systems design projects or outsourcing plans for compliance with standards and architectural plans.

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Excellent problem solving, teamwork and collaboration skills.

It would be very good if you have experience in :

- Experience with universal JavaScript and server-side.

- Design flowcharts to illustrate software solutions.

- Cable or Satellite industry knowledge is a plus.
