We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality financial technology products by building automated tests that accelerate software delivery without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement automated test cases using tools such as SpecFlow and Mabl.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation of quality.

- Provide cross-browser and cross-device automation support to ensure consistent platform behavior.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new tools, frameworks, and functionality into existing automation systems.

- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues uncovered through automation.

- Drive continuous improvement by advocating for advanced tools, processes, and methodologies that strengthen QA practices.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in fintech and automation, including AI-driven testing, smart automation, and blockchain validation.

- Maintain documentation and a knowledge base of issues, test practices, and reusable automation components.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members as needed.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

- 2+ years of experience in automated software testing.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Mabl (SpecFlow experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of automated test script development and execution.

- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git or SVN.

- Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and requirement collaboration.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows in a continuously evolving fintech environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable working in Agile, fast-paced, and globally distributed team environments
