Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end testing for SAP releases and enhancements, including SIT, UAT, regression, smoke, and end-to-end scenarios

- Define test strategy, plans, and Go/No-Go criteria for multiple SAP projects

- Drive test automation using Worksoft Certify, ensuring robust business-process coverage and faster regression cycles

- Lead and manage cross-functional, global teams and test resources

- Facilitate defect triage and timely resolution with business and IT teams

- Create and report testing metrics, KPIs, and SLAs

- Ensure business requirements and user expectations are fully validated

- Continuously improve testing processes, including automation best practices

Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years as SAP Test Lead / QA Lead for complex, integrated projects

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain operations and Release & Change Management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative)

- Expertise in SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing of integrated SAP systems

- Extensive hands-on experience with Worksoft Certify, including automation of business processes and regression testing

- Experience with other automation tools like Tosca, UFT, and Selenium is a plus

- SAP implementation experience; S/4HANA preferred

- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills

- Ability to facilitate lessons-learned and BPR sessions

- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and customer focus

- Experience working with globally distributed teams and multitasking in ambiguous environments
