About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) with proven experience in leading complex AI/ML initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management skills with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, enabling effective collaboration between engineering, data science, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML programs across multiple teams.

- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business partners to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

- Translate business requirements into actionable technical objectives and milestones for model development and deployment.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration and identify opportunities to optimize project delivery.

- Apply working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, data structures, and data analysis to support engineering teams and guide business SMEs.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong experience in program/project management, preferably in AI/ML projects.

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and data frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with global stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
