Linux :

- Administer, install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).

- Perform routine system updates, patching, configuration changes, and backups.

- Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and resolve system errors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.

- Containerize applications using Docker and manage the container lifecycle.

- Implement and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.

- Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management across environments.

- Write basic automation scripts using Python or Shell scripting.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Networking :

- Solid understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common network connectivity and performance issues.

- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, MPLS, and enterprise internet technologies.

- Experience working in data center environments and understanding of infrastructure operations.

- Familiarity with Nginx setup and configuration for web traffic handling.

- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting site-to-site and client VPNs for secure access.

- Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, changes, and standard procedures.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
