Responsibilities :
Requirements Analysis :
- Assist Business team during transition to new features release in Production
- Provide support to Development Team during rollout/release as applicable.
Expertise at :
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis/QA
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent in Requirement Analysis, Documentation, Solutioning, Test documentation & execution.
- Experience in working with Salesforce applications is required. Preferably in Community cloud applications.
- Experience in using SQL, SharePoint, and MS Office Tools
Behaviours & Aptitude :
- Very good written and spoken communication skills. Fluent in English
- Have a strong business analysis skill
- Build detailed functional document to represent business needs
- Ability to produce use case diagrams and UI wireframes
- Have a keen eye on spotting issues with the applications
- Proficient in critical thinking, impact analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate, communicate with and present to remote colleagues
- The ability to pay attention to detail, communicate well and be highly organised are essential
- Engage in multiple simple to complex initiatives simultaneously. Adheres to companies IT Governance processes (e.g. change management, communication plan, and release management)
- Be customer focused and a team player
