About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Developer with 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications and backend services.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka/Message Queues, REST APIs, Caching, SQL, and Oracle Database, along with a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Design and implement Microservices-based applications.

- Work with Kafka and other Message Queue technologies for asynchronous communication and event-driven systems.

- Implement and optimize caching mechanisms to improve application performance.

- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and work with Oracle databases.

- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.

- Strong experience with Kafka / Message Queues.

- Good understanding of Caching concepts and technologies.

- Experience developing Web Applications and REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database.

- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with high-volume or distributed applications.

- Understanding of event-driven architecture.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and application scalability.

- Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile development practices.

- Experience working in enterprise-level applications.
