About the Role :

We are looking for a talented Interaction Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and delightful digital experiences across mobile and web platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with expertise in micro-interactions, motion design, and interaction patterns to craft seamless user journeys that drive engagement and usability.

Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end interaction flows for mobile and web applications.

- Create micro-interactions, animations, transitions, and motion design elements that enhance user experience.

- Translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging interaction patterns.

- Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design ideas effectively.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Define and maintain interaction standards within design systems and design guidelines.

- Improve product experiences through user feedback, usability insights, and behavioral data.

- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across digital touchpoints.

- Contribute to creating engaging experiences that balance business goals with user needs.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in interaction design, motion design, and digital experiences.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Product Design, or UX Design for B2C mobile applications or digital products.

- Strong experience designing micro-interactions, animations, transitions, feedback states, and user flows.

- Proven ability to design intuitive, responsive, and engaging digital experiences beyond static UI screens.

- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate concepts into shipped products.

- Strong understanding of user behavior, usability principles, interaction patterns, and mobile design guidelines.

- Expertise in designing for Android and iOS platforms.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, Framer, After Effects, or similar interaction design tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, motion design, user flows, and live product implementations.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Technology, or related disciplines.

- Experience working on high-scale consumer applications such as fintech, e-commerce, food delivery, or digital-first platforms.

- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable interaction frameworks.

- Experience in motion design, animation storytelling, and advanced prototyping.

- Candidates from leading design institutes such as NID, IDC IIT, Srishti, MIT Institute of Design, or similar institutions.

- Female candidates are highly preferred.

Compensation :

- Compensation structure : 80% Fixed Pay + 20% Performance-Linked Variable Pay.
