Project Type : SAP S/4HANA End-to-End Implementations

Role Overview :

- Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations across India and Middle East regions

- Act as the primary finance solution expert for business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities :

- Independently gather requirements from key users and finance leadership

- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions

- Own end-to-end delivery including configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and go-live support

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments

- Validate and test custom developments and support business users during UAT

- Architect scalable and compliant SAP Finance solutions for complex business environments

- Provide post go-live support and resolve critical finance issues

- Drive project deliverables independently with minimal supervision

- Successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations

- High business user satisfaction through effective solution design

- Timely completion of project milestones and go-live readiness

- Stable finance operations post go-live with minimal critical issues

- Effective coordination with technical and business stakeholders

- Compliance with SAP best practices and finance controls

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO

- Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

- Experience delivering SAP projects in overseas or multi-country environments

- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance preferred

Skill Sets :

- SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration

- FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cash and Bank Management

- CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Internal Orders, Activity Based Costing

- Assessment and Distribution cycles

- SAP Fiori applications for Finance

- Functional specification preparation and ABAP coordination

- Unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Independent project execution and ownership mindset

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in SAP quality assurance and implementation reviews

- Exposure to SAP best practice validation and readiness assessments
