Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and support FIS IntelliMatch modules including Reconciliation, Data Integrity Manager (DIM), WebConnect, and IntelliMatch Reporting.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to gather requirements and design efficient reconciliation solutions.

- Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning for large datasets.

- Build and manage data imports, rules, match rules, reconciliation definitions, and exception management.

- Perform end-to-end implementation of reconciliation workflows - from source data ingestion to final reporting.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IntelliMatch configurations and integrations.

- Conduct unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Automate reconciliation processes and optimize existing implementations to improve performance and reduce manual interventions.

- Provide documentation and training for reconciliation processes and technical configurations.

- Participate in production support and incident management as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of overall experience in financial reconciliation, with strong hands-on experience in FIS IntelliMatch.

- Expertise in Data Integrity Manager (DIM) and related modules.

- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server - ability to write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, financial instruments, and data controls in banking or capital markets.

- Familiarity with SWIFT messages, cash, positions, and trade reconciliation formats
