Intelligence Node - IT Associate - Network Administration

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator to oversee and manage the organizations IT infrastructure and network operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in network administration, IT infrastructure management, and server administration (Windows/Linux), with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Network Administration :

- Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to ensure high availability.

- Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard data and systems.

Server & Infrastructure Management :

- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers.

- Ensure system performance, backups, updates, and security patches.

- Support virtualization, storage solutions, and IT infrastructure upgrades.

Project & Operations Management :

- Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, implementation, and delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.

- Ensure documentation of network diagrams, system configurations, and IT processes.

Security & Compliance :

- Monitor for vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure IT infrastructure complies with organizational policies and standards.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide Level 2/3 support for network and infrastructure issues.

- Guide and mentor junior team members where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in network administration and IT infrastructure management.

- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.

- Strong experience in Windows and Linux server management.

- Solid understanding of IT security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Ability to manage IT projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have :

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or RHCE.

- Experience with cloud networking/infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud).
