Job Description : Oracle CX Consultant

Were seeking a seasoned Oracle CX Consultant with hands-on expertise in Fusion CX Sales, Service, Marketing, Digital Customer Service (DCS), and CPQ.

The ideal candidate will have led at least three end-to-end implementations across the project contract and banking industries, delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions using Oracles cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Oracle CX solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, DCS, and CPQ modules.

- Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution architecture for enterprise clients.

- Configure and customize CX applications to align with business processes in contract-based and financial services domains.

- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Optimize quoting and pricing workflows using CPQ Cloud and BigMachines Language (BML).

- Conduct workshops, demos, and training for stakeholders and end-users.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle CX applications.

- Proven track record of 3+ full-cycle implementations in project contract and banking sectors.

- Strong knowledge of Fusion CX Sales, Service, Marketing, DCS, CPQ, and Subscription Management.

- Proficiency in Groovy scripting, Visual Builder, BI Dashboards, and custom objects.

- Experience with Redwood UX, Oracle Commerce Cloud, and Eloqua is a plus.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
