About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer with experience in building scalable tools and applications, preferably for the Intellectual Property (IP) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end software development and an interest in developing innovative solutions for patent analytics, IP management systems, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for IP-related tools and platforms.

- Build scalable and secure backend services, APIs, and databases.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IP analysts, product managers, and designers.

- Understand business requirements in the IP domain and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies, including AI-driven development tools and modern coding practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in :

a. Frontend : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.js

b. Backend : Node.js / Python / Java / .NET

c. Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Experience working with AI-based development tools (e.g., code generation, automation, or copilots).

- Familiarity with modern development paradigms such as vibe coding or AI-assisted programming workflows.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience in developing tools for the Intellectual Property (IP) domain such as :

- Patent search and analytics tools

- IP management systems

- Prior art search tools

- Knowledge of AI/ML or data analytics in IP research.

- Experience with web scraping, data processing, and large datasets.

- Hands-on experience working with patent databases such as USPTO, EPO, WIPO, or similar IP data sources.
