The Integrator Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for installing and configuring applications and middleware systems, managing service user accounts, and handling infrastructure-related incidents and requests. The role includes documenting installation guides and runbooks, coordinating with IT run teams for monitoring, maintaining CMDB updates, and ensuring smooth data transfers between environments. The engineer will also oversee performance tracking of middleware services and initiate technical requests such as DNS, certificates, backups, and environment provisioning through appropriate IS channels.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage service user accounts related to the applications

- Document application and system installation guidelines

- Document application and system runbooks

- Request application and system monitoring the IT run teams

- Update inventory (CMDB) and relevant knowledge documentations

- Measure and records middlware and service performance

- Manage data refresh between environments

- Manage data transfer between systems

- Install the applications and configure associated runtime and middlewere systems

- Deal with incidents and requests related to the infrastructures

- Configure and maintain the runtime and middlware services

- Request through the appropriate channels (change and service requests) technical actions to be handled by the IS department (DHCP/DNS registration, certificate renewal, backup, new infra environments.)
