Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Specialist to lead the integration of ServiceNow SOM and Salesforce SOM, streamlining lead-to-cash processes, enhancing customer experience, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow SOM and Salesforce SOM using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and OAuth 2.0.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and IT to align business processes across platforms.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow SOM modules (Lead Management, Quote Management, Order Fulfillment).

- Ensure accurate synchronization of Salesforce data (Accounts, Opportunities, Cases) with ServiceNow workflows.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Flow Designer logic, and Outbound REST Messages in ServiceNow.

- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data flow.

- Create documentation for integration architecture, workflows, and support procedures.

- Provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow and Salesforce platform development and integration.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow SOM modules and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and Integration Hub Spokes.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Apex) and data transformation techniques.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab).

- Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and error handling.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or SOM Implementer certification.

- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.

- Experience in telecom, media, or technology verticals.

- Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, or ERP systems integration.
