Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced MS Power Automate Integration Specialist with strong expertise in automation workflows, API integrations, LMS systems (Docebo/Nexus) and enterprise platforms like Veeva Vault and SuccessFactors.

The role requires excellent skills in data flow automation, SFTP workflows, ETL processes, and API-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Power Automate Development

- Build and optimize automation workflows using MS Power Automate

- Configure triggers, connectors, scheduled flows, and reusable components

- Create integration workflows across LMS and enterprise systems

Integration & Data Flow :

- Automate data movement from internal SFTP folders to LMS (Docebo / Nexus)

- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines extraction, transformation, mapping

- Implement validation, retries, alerts, and workflow monitoring

API-Based Integrations :

- Work with REST APIs, LMS APIs, Veeva Vault APIs, SuccessFactors files

- Define and maintain source-to-target data mapping

- Coordinate with Docebo vendors for mapping and configuration

Testing & Documentation :

- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing

- Ensure data accuracy and exception handling

- Document workflows, integration diagrams, and test cases

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in MS Power Automate

- Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, connectors

- Experience with Docebo/Nexus, Veeva Vault, SuccessFactors

- Good knowledge of ETL workflows, SFTP automation, data mapping

- Strong debugging, validation, and documentation skills
