Integration Middleware Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Integration Middleware Engineer with 8+ years of experience in building and managing enterprise-grade integration and middleware solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern cloud-native architectures with hands-on experience in AWS, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain integration and middleware solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Build scalable and high-performance APIs and integration flows for enterprise applications.

- Implement real-time messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments.

- Utilize AWS Cloud Services for integration, scaling, and storage solutions.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and high availability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware and integration issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Integration / Middleware Development.

- Strong programming skills in Java (8/11) with Spring Boot and Microservices.

- Expertise in event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS).

- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration for deployments.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and SOAP-based integrations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with API management platforms (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

- Knowledge of security best practices in microservices and cloud environments.

- Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
