About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager with strong MuleSoft expertise to lead integration initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise systems.

The role will focus on driving integration strategy, optimizing processes, and delivering high-impact solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage integration teams responsible for MuleSoft-based solutions.

- Define and implement integration strategy, architecture, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

- Ensure compliance, governance, and security standards across all integration initiatives.

- Drive automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across integration workflows.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in integration management, with hands-on MuleSoft expertise.

- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, enterprise integration, and middleware solutions.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in IT / Shared Services or enterprise environments preferred.
