Role Overview :

We are seeking a Tech Integration Lead with hands-on experience in Veeva Vault solutions, system integration, and cloud-based architecture. The ideal candidate will lead integration initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver compliant, scalable, GxP-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical integration and configuration efforts for Veeva Vault applications

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure IT security, data integrity, and compliance requirements are embedded in solution design

- Perform technical feasibility assessments and develop system configuration specifications

- Manage Veeva environments, system administration, and platform maintenance

- Develop custom solutions, workflows, and automation using Vault capabilities

- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)

- Coordinate with validation teams to support GxP compliance, documentation, and audits

- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, user stories, and validation artifacts

- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver continuous improvements

- Support deployment activities across environments while ensuring platform stability and security

Required Skillsets :

- Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing Veeva Vault (QMS preferred)

- Strong understanding of cloud system architecture and validated systems

- Proficiency in integration technologies: APIs, REST, SOAP

- Experience with XML, SQL, Java, and JavaScript

- Strong understanding of Veeva workflows, metadata, and security configuration

- Experience developing cloud-based solutions and automation workflows

- Familiarity with SDLC processes and GxP validation frameworks

- Ability to author technical documents, user stories, and system design specs

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Veeva QMS certification (highly preferred)

- Experience integrating Veeva Vault with ERP/CRM platforms

- Background in regulated environments and quality systems
