Contract Duration : 12 Months

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Lead / Integration Architect to support large-scale enterprise IT initiatives for ESKO.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in middleware integrations, architectural design, and enterprise application connectivity, along with proven experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

This role requires leadership in designing, developing, and governing integration ecosystems across multiple enterprise platforms and 3rd-party systems.

The Integration Architect will play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integration landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Architecture & Leadership :

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions for large-scale IT programs.

- Define enterprise integration patterns, best practices, and governance standards.

- Serve as the primary technical authority for all middleware and integration-related decisions.

System Integration & Middleware Expertise :

- Architect and implement inbound and outbound integrations across multiple enterprise and 3rd-party applications.

- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design integrations, workflows, orchestration, and API-led connectivity.

- Ensure seamless end-to-end data exchange, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.

Technical Oversight & Solution Delivery :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including application developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams, to ensure alignment of integration design with business objectives.

- Review and validate technical designs, mapping documents, and system interface specifications.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.

Enterprise Architecture Support :

- Contribute to architecture roadmaps, integration blueprints, and long-term IT modernization initiatives.

- Provide guidance on integration scalability, resiliency, and cloud-native adoption strategies.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure integration architecture aligns with overall IT landscape.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into architecture solutions.

- Support project teams in delivering integration components within timelines and quality standards.

- Communicate design decisions, technical trade-offs, and implementation plans to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 13+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in system integration.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Integration Architect or Solution Architect.

- Proven expertise in large-scale IT implementations and enterprise integration landscapes.

- Strong experience with middleware integration technologies, including inbound/outbound interfaces from 3rd-party systems.

- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including integrations, adapters, orchestration, and API management.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration security, and data governance.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in enterprise SaaS integrations (ERP, CRM, SCM systems, etc.

- Knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML, JWT.

- Experience with modern integration patterns like event-driven architecture, microservices, and REST APIs.

- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with architecture modeling tools
