Integration Monitoring Lead

As an Integration Monitoring Lead, you will manage a team responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving integration and application support issues.

You will act as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high system availability and performance.

Role :


- Lead and mentor a team of junior integration/application support analysts.


- Monitor, manage, and optimize integration platforms (Control-M, ETL, Middleware, etc.)


- Ensure 24/7 coverage and timely resolution of incidents through effective shift planning.


- Act as the primary escalation point for complex integration and application support issues.


- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents.


- Drive continuous improvements in monitoring, automation, and reporting.


- Define KPIs for the support team and ensure SLA compliance with clients.


- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and training material for the team.


- Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure root cause analysis (RCA) is completed.


- Contribute to transformation initiatives to enhance system resilience and reduce downtime.

Technical Skills :


- 6-8 years of experience in Application Support / Integration Monitoring, with at least 2 years leading a team.


- Good experience with integration and scheduling tools (Control-M, ETL, Middleware, APIs).


- Good background in incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL).


- Ability to lead a team in a 24/7 support environment.


- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.


- Strong communication skills able to interface with technical and business stakeholders.


- Experience in performance monitoring, capacity planning, and automation of routine tasks.


- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to drive continuous service improvement.
