About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Integration Expert to lead, design, and implement integrations between our Governance Platform and various ERP systems (SAP & non-SAP), as well as integrate our newly launched MRO 360 solution with ERP and CMMS applications.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise integrations, modern API frameworks, and hands-on implementation across multiple platforms, along with a good understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-driven integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Architecture & Solutioning :

- Design and implement integration strategies for connecting our Governance Tool with SAP and non-SAP ERPs.

- Architect and deliver integrations for MRO 360 with ERP, EAM, and CMMS systems like SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Oracle Cloud, etc.

- Identify suitable integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, Message Queues, ESB, Middleware, Microservices).

Development & Implementation :

- Develop and deploy integration workflows, APIs, connectors, and automation scripts.

- Work with SAP integration tools (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, CPI/PI/PO).

- Manage integration testing, validation, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Implement secure communication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, SSO, API Keys).

MCP (Model Context Protocol) Integration :

- Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build robust context-aware interactions between systems.

- Design context models and integration flows leveraging MCP for dynamic, intelligent data exchange.

- Ensure compatibility between MCP-based flows and existing system integrations.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, QA, and customer-facing teams.

- Engage with client IT teams for integration scoping, solutioning, and deployment.

- Create detailed technical documentation, integration specs, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 510+ years in enterprise integrations across ERP, EAM, or CMMS systems.

- Strong SAP integration experience (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, CPI/PI/PO).

- Experience with non-SAP ERP systems (Oracle, Infor, MS Dynamics, Netsuite, JD Edwards, etc.

- Expertise with CMMS/EAM platforms (Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, Ramco, etc.

- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, JSON/XML, OAuth, and integration design patterns.

- Good working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or context-driven integration frameworks.

- Familiarity with LLM-based integrations, embeddings, or context orchestration is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.

- Scripting or programming knowledge (Python, Node.js, Java, PowerShell) is a plus.

- AI/ML familiarity (LLMs, embeddings, data models) is a strong advantage.
