Integration Engineer - EDI

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with Product Manager and Architect to understand the business flows and come up with best practices.

- Follow the agreed upon best practices to architect, develop and test the maps and business processes.

- Help the documentation team to create the required customer facing documents

- Exhibit a sense of ownership and responsibility in delivering well tested and high quality accelerators to the customers

- Provide the necessary support to the delivered maps by ensuring that the queries from support regarding the maps are answered within the agreed timelines.

- Updating the developed maps by keeping abreast with the newer versions of the APIs being released by the ERPs/Marketplaces.

- Handle multiple products

Skills Required :

- 2-6 years map development experience

- Good understanding of X12 and EDIFACT standards

- Must have good mapping skills of different transaction sets like 850,855,856,810,860,210,204,214,990,204,etc

- Has a working knowledge of integration with at least one ERP (Netsuite, MS Dynamics 365,SAP HANA)

- Must understand business flows like Order to Cash, Load tender to Invoice

- Experience with XML, Flat Files and JSON

- Good troubleshooting skills with respect to mapping, trading partner setup, file transport etc.

- Working knowledge of at least one version control system like svn, github etc

- Excellent Problem Solving and aptitude skills

- Team player with good written and verbal skills.

Good to have :

- Working knowledge on REST and SOAP API's using tools like Postman

- Knowledge of Cleo products - Clarify Studio, Clarify Server etc.

- Experience with various ERPs and MarketPlace APIs.
