Integration Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect to design, develop, and integrate cloud contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in call flow configurations, AWS services, and third-party system integrations.

You will play a key role in enabling seamless customer experiences across voice and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

- Configure contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and lex bots.

- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), ticketing systems, or databases using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.

- Develop automation scripts and workflows for call handling and data capture.

- Monitor and troubleshoot call quality, logs, and application performance.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical

solutions.

- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of integrations.

- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, APIs, and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in system or cloud integration engineering

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lambda, S3, API

Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)

- Proficiency in scripting/development using Node.js or Python

- Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data integrations

- Understanding of IVR, contact center routing, and telephony basics

- Knowledge of IAM roles, permissions, and secure architecture in AWS

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have :

- Experience integrating with Amazon Lex, Polly, or other conversational AI tools

- Exposure to Salesforce CTI, Zendesk integrations, or ServiceNow

- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer Associate or Solutions Architect)
