Position Summary :

IT - Engineer - Integration Developer - iValua

Responsibilities :

- Support the business by solving technical errors and liaising with the buyers and approvers when required.

- Work closely with the main stakeholders to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the Ivalua system promptly, aiming for timely resolution and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance Ivalua end user experience.

- Ticketing system ownership, proactively monitor the queue and respond the requests according to the SLA.

- Conduct System integration tests and assist in UAT tests for evolutive changes or bug fixes or upgrades etc.

- Responsible for both support (L3 incidents) and maintenance activities (enhancements).

Required Skill :

- Ivalua Platform Expertise & Integration experience (2 - 4 years).

- Ivalua L2 certification is required to perform the configuration related to integration building ETL / EAI channels.

- Proficiency in Ivalua's integration development, including REST APIs, and integration with middleware tools like SAP PI/PO.

- Ability to integrate Ivalua with external systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems for comprehensive data reporting.

- Proficiency in managing complex queries and optimizing their performance for faster report generation.

- Experience in documenting Ivalua reporting solutions, supporting end-user adoption, and providing user training for report generation and interpretation.

- Have experience in technical support, and if possible, customer management.

- Experience with CSV, XML, or any other type of document business standards.

- Hands-on-coding experience in web-based technologies is a must.

- Hands-on experience building integrations with SOAP and REST API's Web Services.

- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes.

- In-depth knowledge of API development and management.
