Integration Developer - CRM Architecture

Job Title : Integrations Developer

Location : Fully Remote (No travel required)

Contract Duration : 6+ months (with potential for extension)

Working Hours : Flexible location, with the ability to overlap at least 34 hours with US Eastern Time Zone for meetings and collaboration

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrations Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex integrations across multiple platforms and systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in API integration, data transformation, and large-scale data migrations, with proven experience delivering robust, scalable solutions in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom integrations between CMS, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.

- Work extensively with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and data transformation pipelines (ETL/ELT).

- Execute and manage large-scale data migrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and

compliance.

- Develop, test, and maintain scripts and microservices using JavaScript (Node.js) or Python.

- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams across time zones to ensure seamless integration delivery.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integrations for performance and reliability.

- Ensure all data processes adhere to GDPR and other relevant compliance standards.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of proven experience in integration development with demonstrable project

portfolio.

- Expert proficiency in either JavaScript (Node.js) or Python, with hands-on implementation experience.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.

- Proven experience in large-scale data migrations (please provide specific examples).

- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes and relevant tools.

- Strong experience with JSON, XML, and complex data transformations.

Highly Desirable Qualifications :

- Experience with modern headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore XM Cloud, Contentful, Strapi).

- Knowledge of Sitecore platform architecture and APIs.

- Experience with CMS data structures and content migration.

- Familiarity with CRM and ERP system integration patterns.

- Understanding of e-commerce data models and workflows.

- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) APIs.

- Working knowledge of GDPR compliance and best practices for secure data handling.

- Exposure to enterprise integration platforms
