DigiTide is seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire and SAP systems. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.


The role requires solid knowledge of data structures, system mapping, and business workflows. Experience with SAP-RI, SAP-CD, and familiarity with ACORD Standards is preferred.


Responsibilities :


- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements aligned with integration needs for SAP and Guidewire.


- Analysis and Solution Design : Assess current-state business process flows and propose scalable integration solutions using Guidewire and SAP.


- System Mapping : Create detailed integration mapping documents capturing end-to-end data flow between systems.


- Integration Execution : Implement and support integration solutions between Guidewire, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.


- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including design specifications, data maps, and process flows.


- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a communication bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure clarity and governance.


Requirements :


- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on integration projects.


- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire and SAP integration, preferably in the insurance domain.


- Understanding and practical use of ACORD Standards.


- Expertise in data modeling, integration patterns, API-based integrations, and SOA architecture.


- Experience in integration mapping and complex data workflows.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements into clear technical deliverables.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced work environment.
