- Architect integration solutions for MMIS platforms with strong knowledge of HIPAA X12 (837, 835, 270/271, etc.).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into architectural designs and reusable frameworks.

- Guide performance optimization, error handling, and disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical integrations. Enforce architecture governance, best practices, and compliance standards (HIPAA, PII/PHI, audit readiness).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 10+ Years in enterprise integration architecture, with significant hands-on experience in IBM ITX.

IBM ITX Expertise : Deep and demonstrable expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) for complex data transformations.

Integration Architecture : Proven experience defining and leading end-to-end integration architecture.

Middleware Acumen : Strong expertise in SOA, ESB, API-led, and event-driven architecture.

Cloud & Hybrid Environments : Experience designing and implementing integrations across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Healthcare Domain : Mandatory strong knowledge of MMIS platforms and HIPAA X12 transaction sets (837, 835, 270/271, etc.).

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.

Communication : Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership.
