Integration Architect

Responsibilities :

- Define and implement integration architecture and strategies aligned with product ecosystem.

- Lead technical discussions with customer teams to understand business, functional, and non-functional requirements and translate them into integration design.

- Architect, design, and develop system integrations using API-first, event-driven, and publish-subscribe models.

- Provide technical guidance on best practices for API management, security, scalability, and data governance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, professional services, and customer success, to ensure smooth integration implementations.

- Implement data validation, transformation, and normalization processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with data model.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration performance while ensuring scalability and resilience.

- Research emerging technologies in cloud integration, API management, and middleware solutions and incorporate them into integration framework.

- Develop and maintain integration documentation, best practices, and coding standards.

- Ensure integration monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms are in place.

Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, hybrid integration (on-prem and cloud), and microservices-based integrations.

- Hands-on experience with API design, RESTful services, SOAP, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

- Expertise in data formats such as JSON, XML, and EDI, along with integration security protocols (OAuth, JWT, TLS, etc.).

- Experience with integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Apache Kafka, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of integration with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle Utilities (C2M, CC&B, WAM), and other industry-specific platforms.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve technical challenges.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deliver within deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
