Integration Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Integration Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in designing scalable and secure integration platforms across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

This role requires strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, messaging systems, microservices, and enterprise middleware.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Strategy & Architecture :

- Design end-to-end enterprise integration architecture aligning with business and technical goals

- Define and implement integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, API-led, messaging, event-driven)

- Create integration blueprints, data flows, and architectural roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives

- Lead the evaluation and selection of integration tools and platforms (ESB, iPaaS, API gateways, etc.)

Solution Delivery :

- Oversee design and development of APIs, web services, and event-driven integrations

- Lead integration projects using platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, TIBCO, Azure Logic Apps, or WSO2

- Ensure integrations comply with performance, security, scalability, and resilience requirements

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration of APIs and services

Governance & Best Practices :

- Establish and enforce integration standards, policies, and governance frameworks

- Promote API-first development, reusability, and modular design principles

- Ensure effective monitoring, logging, and error handling for all integration points

- Review solution architectures, technical designs, and code artifacts

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Partner with enterprise architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver solutions

- Act as SME and mentor for integration engineers and developers

- Lead technical workshops and guide teams in best practices for integration development

- Communicate complex technical topics to senior business stakeholders in a clear, strategic manner

CI/CD & DevOps : Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform

Security : OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API key management, SSL/TLS, encryption

Monitoring Tools : ELK Stack, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in integration architecture or enterprise-level integration projects

- Certification in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect, Boomi Professional Architect) is highly desirable

- Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments
