We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 48 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and customization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura).

- Customize Salesforce applications using Salesforce configuration tools such as workflows, validation rules, flows, and process builder.

- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable UI components.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Perform data migration, data loading, and data management using tools like Data Loader.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and deployment best practices.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical discussions.

- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.

- Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Salesforce best practices.

- Provide production support and troubleshooting as required.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

- Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, CI/CD).

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Sales, Service, or Financial Services Cloud.

- BFSI domain experience preferred.

- Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).

- Knowledge of Omni Studio, CPQ, or Experience Cloud is a plus
