About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled SailPoint Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ, along with a strong background in Java, Linux, IAM lifecycle processes, and Agile delivery methods.

This role involves end-to-end development, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of IAM solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ.

- Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable identity lifecycle and access management across platforms.

- Configure application onboarding, access request/approval workflows, certifications, and advanced LCM workflows.

- Design and code custom rules, workflows, applications, tasks, connectors, UI pages, and reports within SailPoint IdentityNow.

- Create and manage workgroups, roles, and SoD rules to support access control policies.

- Conduct consultative technical deployments in complex environments, collaborating with engineering and business teams.

- Establish and maintain relationships with IT engineering teams to drive adoption of SailPoint features and best practices.

- Develop and distribute control adoption templates and documentation for IT stakeholders integrating with SailPoint.

- Implement structured practices to review and optimize SailPoint IGA deployments periodically for performance, compliance, and risk mitigation.

- Interpret and implement IAM-related policies and standards in collaboration with InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance teams.

- Ensure all integrations are designed to protect information assets from unauthorized access, misuse, or data loss.

- Produce and maintain clear documentation including flowcharts, process workflows, and platform diagrams.

- Promote the adoption of security policies, compliance standards, and IAM best practices across the organization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues, supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Apply strong knowledge of tools such as MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.

- Align technical work with business needs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that supports enterprise goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).

- Proven expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ development and configuration.

- Proficient in Java development and Linux command-line operations.

- Experience with custom development in SailPoint (rules, workflows, connectors, UI components).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and GitHub code promotion processes.

- Familiarity with integrating SailPoint with common enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Mainframe).

- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SailPoint Certified professional.

- Experience in handling large-scale SailPoint deployments across multiple business units.
