About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IBM ELM Plugin Developer with strong expertise in plugin development, Java, and RESTful integrations.

This role involves building and enhancing plugins for IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), specifically for Rational Team Concert (RTC), while contributing to process improvements across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop plugins for Rational Team Concert (RTC) to support customized workflows.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication across systems.

- Write and maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code in Java.

- Contribute to automation and scripting with Python (good to have).

- Use Git-based version control systems for code management and collaboration.

- Leverage expertise in Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) for seamless integration.

- Provide guidance in Agile environments, including SCRUM, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plugins and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of overall development experience, with a strong focus on Java and plugin development.

- Hands-on experience developing plugins for RTC within IBM ELM.

- In-depth knowledge of OSLC (Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration).

- Proficiency in RESTful API design and consumption.

- Familiarity with Python scripting (nice to have).

- Strong Git version control knowledge.

- Understanding of Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Waterfall).
