About the Role :

We are looking for a AI Architect to lead the design, architecture, and development of cutting-edge, scalable, and resilient cloud-native systems.

In this high-impact role, you will help define the technical roadmap, build core platforms, and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise-scale solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead the technical execution of strategic initiatives from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, build, and scale cloud-native platforms and backend systems.

- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of high-performance, distributed applications.

- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models and Generative AI components into production systems.

- Drive DevOps best practices, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), and CI/CD processes.

- Act as a technical mentor and guide for engineering teams, promoting best practices in design, code quality, and architecture.

- Solve complex production issues, including debugging and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).

- Proficient in Python (preferred) or any modern object-oriented language.

- Strong expertise in designing and building APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.

- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Experience working with Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Transformer-based models in production environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, system design, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.

- Contributions to open-source AI or cloud-native projects.

- Experience working in a startup or high-growth product company.
