Insybit - Full Stack Developer/Founding Engineer

Location : Gurgaon, Work from Office.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and build backend services using Node.js + Express.js

- Design frontend systems (chat widget + admin dashboards) using React + Tailwind

- Build a custom CRM with features like lead management, agent assignment, status tagging, history tracking, and analytics

- Build a basic LMS module to serve content, track completion, and nudge users via WhatsApp or email

- Integrate telephony platforms like Twilio, Exotel, or Ozontel for calls and voicebots

- Integrate WhatsApp APIs (Gupshup or Twilio) and handle conversational workflows

- Collaborate with AI engineer to implement - GPT-4/Gemini-based conversation flows, Post-call analysis (Whisper/Gemini STT), Multilingual memory and tone detection logic.

- Handle Redis, MongoDB, Google Sheets, BigQuery, and webhook-based syncs

- Own deployment, uptime, failover, logging, and reliability setup (Vercel, Railway, or custom)

Must have Skills :

- 2-6 years full-stack experience with Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB

- Experience building admin dashboards, CRMs, or workflow automation tools

- Strong API integration and webhook handling experience

- Working knowledge of frontend frameworks + modern CSS (Tailwind preferred)

- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and GitHub-based CI/CD

- Comfortable building scalable and secure applications with async flows

Bonus :

- Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, or other LLMs

- Experience integrating STT engines (e.g., Whisper, Google STT) or AI classifiers

- Redis or vector DB familiarity for user memory or personalization

- Prior work on chatbots, voicebots, or conversational flows

- Exposure to building or integrating LMS platforms or course delivery systems

- Integrated telephony APIs like Twilio, Exotel, or Ozontel
