Job Description

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer & Project Lead who will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences and leading end-to-end project execution. The role combines instructional design expertise with project management and leadership skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality e-learning and blended learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Instructional Design :

- Analyze training needs and audience profiles to design impactful learning solutions.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and design documents aligned with learning objectives.
- Apply adult learning principles, Blooms taxonomy, and modern instructional strategies (microlearning, gamification, scenario-based learning, etc.).
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create accurate and engaging content.
- Oversee quality checks to ensure instructional effectiveness and learner engagement.

Project Leadership :

- Lead and manage multiple e-learning and training development projects simultaneously.
- Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assign tasks, guide team members (designers, developers, visual artists, etc.), and monitor progress.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients/stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Collaboration & Innovation :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, E-Learning Developers, SMEs).

- Ensure effective communication and smooth workflow across teams.

- Research and recommend innovative tools, methods, and technologies to improve training effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 46 years of proven experience in Instructional Design and eLearning project execution.

- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE/SAM models, and modern learning trends.

- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise, etc.).

- Experience in leading teams and managing client-facing projects.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.

- Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Prince2 is a plus).

- Background in corporate training, digital learning, or consulting.
