Job Title : ServiceNow Solution Architect
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 10+ years (5+ years in ServiceNow)

You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, inspire customer confidence, and ensure innovative, scalable, and integrated ServiceNow architectures.
This is both a hands-on and strategic role, requiring deep technical expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while mentoring technical teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales & Consulting :
- Craft scalable technical blueprints considering security, integrations, and future scalability.
- Develop POCs and solution demos that showcase ServiceNows value proposition.
- Support proposals with effort estimates, cost models, and delivery timelines.
Implementation & Delivery :
- Oversee module configurations, customizations, and cross-platform integrations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.
- Design and deliver integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
- Resolve complex technical challenges, guiding development teams (onshore/offshore).
- Ensure risk and quality standards are met throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Post-Implementation & Support :
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to customers and support teams.
- Continuously monitor performance, optimize workflows, and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Additional Leadership Contributions :
- Work with GTM and marketing team to provide the relevant details
- Mentor junior architects and technical consultants.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, product vendors, and strategic partners.
- Lead and develop best practices, frameworks, and reusable accelerators.

- Continuously upskilling to keep pace with ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow product suites.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator & Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two modules.
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certified.
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS) and ServiceNow development components (Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, UI Pages).
- Deep integration expertise (Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP, JDBC).
- Experience in agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
