Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Pega Development Initiatives: Drive the design, development, and deployment of complex Pega applications, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Architectural Design & Guidance: Provide expert guidance on Pega architecture, design patterns, and solutioning, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications.

- End-to-End Application Development: Take ownership of the full lifecycle of Pega applications, from requirements analysis and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Case Management & Workflow Automation: Design and implement robust Pega Case Management solutions to automate critical business processes and workflows.

- Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between Pega applications and various external systems using Pega Connectors, Services, and other integration technologies.

- UI/UX Development: Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces within Pega applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within Pega applications, optimizing for efficiency and responsiveness.

- Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers, promoting adherence to Pega Guardrails, coding standards, and development best practices.

- Problem Solving: Analyze complex business problems and translate them into effective Pega solutions, troubleshooting and debugging issues as they arise.

- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Architects, Quality Assurance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Platform Version Management: Stay current with new Pega Platform versions and features, advising on upgrades and leveraging new capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

- Extensive Pega Experience: 15+ years of hands-on, progressive experience in Pega development, with a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise-level Pega solutions.

- Pega Architecture & Best Practices: Strong, in-depth understanding of Pega architecture, design principles, and Pega Guardrails. Ability to apply best practices to build robust and scalable applications.

- Proficiency in Pega Development: Expert-level proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying Pega applications across various industries.

- Pega Platform Versions: Hands-on experience with multiple Pega Platform versions, demonstrating adaptability to evolving platform capabilities.

- Case Management Expertise: Deep experience with Pega Case Management framework, including designing complex case lifecycles, stages, steps, and assignments.

- Integrations: Proven experience with Pega integrations (e.g., SOAP, REST, JMS, Database Connectors, File Listeners).

- UI Development: Strong skills in Pega UI development, including Harnesses, Sections, Flows, and leveraging UI components.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to quickly understand complex technical and business issues.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Pega Certifications: Relevant Pega certifications (e.g., Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)) are highly preferred.
